City COVID Response Call Center Closed Sunday, Sept. 26
COVID response call center will be closed this Sunday, Sept. 26, 2021. During this time, the call center will be unable to receive or respond to calls and emails from the community. The Call Center will reopen Monday, September 27 for regular hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Residents with questions or concerns are encouraged to visit oneoahu.org to learn more about the City’s efforts to address the COVID-19 pandemic in Honolulu.
The call center, which began services on March 23, 2020, has been receiving calls seven days a week, except on State and Federal holidays. The call center phone number is 768-CITY (2489) and the email is [email protected].
